昭和36年(1961)創業の地元で愛されている人気のラーメン屋さん。
休日13:10訪問でほぼ満席もタイミングよく入替りで入店着席。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席で、外観同様に昭和の雰囲気のラーメン店。
オーダーは、口頭で、
◆｢バター野菜ラーメン(特大)(200g)(900円)」
・麺は特大(200g)がデファルトのようです。
約10分弱で着丼。
ラー油浮くたっぷりスープに盛りのいい野菜(もやし)とバターが印象的。
スープは、大きめバターが徐々に溶けてかなりマイルド。ただ、あまりコクはないかな・・・
麺は、黄色い中太縮れやや硬めの王道麺。
暖簾提供は【西山製麺】
具は、盛りのいい野菜(もやし、にんじん)/カラフルなお麩/青菜/チャーシュー。
チャーシューは、チャーシュー麺オーダーばりの枚数で肉肉しくこれはこれで好み。
全体的には、ほぼ常連さんで途切れる事なく満席状態で、地元で愛されているのが分かるラーメン屋さん。
ただ、味は小生的にはあまり特筆なく普通のボリュームある味噌バターラーメンでした。
小生の単独再訪は微妙ですが、頑固店主が話題でメディア露出もある「緑が丘 らい久」は話のネタ的に一度訪問してみたいかも。
