今は岩見沢に帰省中。
前回はモツ蕎麦食べたので
今日は、岩見沢の老舗蕎麦屋さんに10年振りくらいの来店(^-^)/
手打ち蕎麦 きむら さんへ✨
2017年 ミシュラン北海道掲載店✨
場所は、東10丁目通り。線路北側の交差点を西に入ると看板があるので信じて進み突き当たり左折で。住宅街の袋小路。看板目印。
12時40分。先客数組、後客2組。
外観は、茶色い壁の平屋。
店内は綺麗で、囲炉裏ありおしゃれな古民家的✨
蕎麦は二八。石臼挽きの、手打ちの手切り⤴️石臼挽きはきめ細かくてのど越し抜群⤴️
二色そば 850円(税込)大盛プラス150円(税込)でちょうど1,000円
30分ほどで。
高級そうな朱色のセイロに
細目な二八そばと、太目な田舎そば⤴️
水切りも良く細目な二八そばは、のど越しも良く、コシもあり凄く美味しい✨
田舎そばは、太目でコシと香り良い⤴️
太くて ずずずっとすすれない(笑)
つけ汁を一口。
カツオを強く感じ、返しは辛さが引き立つが、みりんと砂糖の甘さも判る良いお出汁です＼(^^)／
