岩見沢市住宅街にございます手打ちそば屋さんにお邪魔しました。
一軒家お蕎麦屋さんで履物ぬいでお邪魔します。
囲炉裏のある趣きある店内です。
こちらのお店は暫くの間、金、土、日曜日の3日間の営業との事。
こちらでは是非高遠そばいただきたいと思っていましたので
早速お願いしました。
お店の方が丁寧にいただき方を教えて下さいました。
長葱はお箸がわりです。
早速チャレンジしますが難易度高いのです！
途中諦めお箸でいただきますが
つゆはお出汁の効いた薄口で
大根おろしたっぷりながら物足りなさありません。
お蕎麦は中細でコシがほどよく好み！
鰹節がたっぷりですが、こちらが口に残らず美味しいのです。
お箸がわりの葱は辛くなく
薬味変わりに美味しくいただきました。
お楽しみ蕎麦湯は中濃。
つゆに割りいただきましたら美味しく。
初めて高遠そばいただき感激でしたが、
ご主人曰く、本場では辛いおろし大根に
辛い葱なのですとか。
こちらではあまり受け入れられなく
今の様な辛味のないスタイルらしいのですが
とても美味しかったのです。
