スープが旨い
なんとなく気になってたけど行けてなかった「がんてつ」さん。なぜかと思ったらメニュー情報が少なかったからかな。
今日は「味玉味噌ラーメン(880円)」＋「小ライス＋餃子(4ケ)(180円)」をお願いしました。
まずはスープを一口。おっ！コクがあって美味しい。コレに太麺がベストマッチ。なんぼでも食べられそうだ。味玉も半熟トロトロ。
餃子は普通。
ライスをスープの染みた海苔で巻いてぱくり、旨い。
レンゲにライスを乗せて美味しいスープに浸けてぱくり、コイツは最高！
今度はラーメン大盛りにしようかな！
店内が少し寒かったのはラーメン食べたら感じなくなりました。

今日も岩見沢は明け方まで雪でした。恒例の雪はねを終えてお昼前、お腹が空いてきましたね
そう言えば暫く「がんてつ」さんに行ってない。お店の前は通るけどね。
今日のオーダーは「辛味噌らあめん(850円)」＋「煮玉子(100円)」。
カウンターから厨房が丸見え。調理の様子を眺めながら出来上がりを待ちます。
厨房では煮玉子をテボに入れて常温戻し。なんかこういうのって嬉しいな。
スープを一口。ん？ゴマか？少し香りがしたような。美味しいぞ。
辛さはそれほどでもないけれど、やっぱり美味しい味噌の味がスポイルされちゃうな。うーん、ノーマル味噌と迷うのはこういうところだな。
チャーシューは柔らかいタイプ。
煮玉子が美味しいの。半熟でねこれライスに乗せて崩しながら食べたら美味しいんじゃないかな。
たっぷりの白髪ネギと野菜と麺と一緒に噛んだら口の中が幸せいっぱいに
完飲、完食で御馳走様でした。
次は醤油を試してみようかな。
