雪が解け、オートバイも動き出します。
今年初のツーリング途中で見つけた岩見沢のラーメン屋さんです。
どうやらこのお店の店長さんもオートバイを乗っているようで、オートバイをどこに置こうかお店の前をウロウロしてたら、招き入れられました(笑)
券売機で、醤油らあめんをポチっ。
ライダー特典で、小ライスか麺大盛りか味玉のどれかをサービスしてくれます。
スープは背脂ちゃっちゃでトロミがあり、見ためは濃そうです。
よく雑誌で読むようなラーメン批評になってしまいますが、「コクがあってまろやかでくどくありません。」というのが当てはまりますよ。
麺は太めの弾力麺で、このスープとの力加減はちょうど良しでした。
先ほどライダー特典の小ライスをサービスをしていただきましたが、このラーメンとライスの組み合わせ、いわゆるラーメンライスという言葉がぴったりでした。
スープを全部飲みきりました。
ドンブリの底には、「頑固一徹」の文字。
お店の名前は「がんてつ」。
はは～ん、なるほどね。
それでは、体も温まったことですし、もう少しツーリングを続けたいと思います。
