岩見沢では有名なラーメン屋さんです。
こちらは、ここ10年位？の間で、火事になったり、店主の都合で（骨を折ったとか）休みがあったりしましたが今のところ、普通に営業しています。
食事タイムは大人気のため店の前の駐車場は満車になります。
私は行ったら、はほぼ味噌ラーメンを注文します。
ちょっと甘めのスープは昔の味の時計台を思わせる味わい。スープには旨み調味料らしい調味料を小さじ3倍半入れますので、無化調にこだわる人は、こちらの店に来ないほうがいいでしょう。ただ、私はこのスープにはカウンターにおいてあるにんにくを山盛りで入れた味が好きです。
そしてチャーシュー麺を頼むと昔の味の時計台のように丼を覆う薄切りチャーシューで出してくれます（チャーシューは何枚かで甘いではありません）。
今回は角煮丼も頼んでみましたが、この角煮、火を入れて煮込みすぎ、上部のたれからはみ出している部分が硬くなりすぎてます。客に出していますが商品価値はであると言えます。
