今から、20年近く前に夕張にあった頃からの再訪で、当時わ、スープがとても不味くて、2度と来ないつもりでいましたが、時わ流れて、しかも岩見沢にお店が有るのを知り不味いの覚悟で行きました。
するとどうでしょう、不味いどころか、まろやかな味噌スープと中細ちぢれ麺、脂身の少ない丼ヲ覆うほどのチャーシュー、シャキシャキのネギも相まって、頭の中から不味いラーメンというのわ消えて、美味いラーメンに指折り数えて入るほどの味でした。
