いや、美味しかったです！
札幌の栄町にある玉林酒家の系列かもしれませんが、刀削辛とろみ麺860円税別は、とにかく美味しかった～！
やっぱりまずは、二郎の天地返しのように、混ぜるのがいいのでしょうね。ゆっくりと混ぜて、麺を引っ張り出します。
麺は、すするような麺ではなく、蓮華に一口サイズにして食べるので、おかずになるものですね。
辛さもほどほど。ラータンより食べやすい。
瓶ビールは490円。ですが、辛い料理には合わないかも。
とにかく美味しかった！
