12号線沿い中華屋さんにお邪魔。
テーブル席、お座敷席ございます広い店内。
お店中央にはセルフサービス
お水、ジャスミン茶等ございます。
こちらの刀削麺辛を以前からいただきたく思っておりました。
お店の方に激辛に出来ますか尋ねましたら
できますよ、との事お願いしました。
提供まで15分くらいです。
早速いただきましたら
餡強めで、オイリーですからとっても熱々！
刀削麺は長めで、もっちりとして美味しい！
これでもかと位麺の量が多く
男性でも完食難しいのでは
と思います。
具材は辛湯と同じで白菜と豚肉など。
スープのベースも同じように思いました。
それにしましても
量が大変多く流石の私でも完食はできませんでしたが
最後まで熱々美味しく大満足。
