元祖もつそば 900円
本日は岩見沢でお昼をと、希林さんへ。
事前にリサーチしていませんでしたが、お店には「名物鶏もつそばの店」の看板が。
お店に入ると券売機。
たくさんメニューがあって、初めての訪問では戸惑いますが、もつそばは、ひときわ大きなボタンなのでわかりやすい。
ラーメン屋さんも券売機が主流ですが、人気店で人が後ろに沢山並んでいると、初めての時はメニューが多いと焦ってしまいます。事前準備が必要ですね。
休日11時半頃。テーブル席は満席状態でしたが、なんとかカウンター席に。人気店なんですね。
そばは、田舎そば、ゴマそばから選択。よくわからないので田舎そばを。
10分足らずで着丼。回転がいいですね。
写真のように、鶏もつ、鶏肉がいっぱい入っています！鶏肉の方が多いようです。もはや蕎麦の量より鶏の方が多いくらい。
ツユには鶏の出汁が出ていて美味しい。
蕎麦を食べ終わった後のツユにご飯を入れて雑炊にするのがオススメというのがわかります。
蕎麦は田舎そばでしたが、このツユには、ゴマそばでも、うどんでも合いそうです。
