タイトル通り熱々のあんかけ焼きそば目指してドライブがてら栗沢の『おとん食堂』さんへ
11時ちょっと過ぎにお店にすんなり入れたけど その後すぐに待ち時間が発生してました
平日でも相変わらず大人気のお店です
注文は当然 五目やきそば‼︎
聞いてる限り来店されるお客さんの8割くらいは五目やきそばを頼まれてますね(^^)
ご存知だとは思いますが こちらのお店のやきそばは配膳された時は鉄板の上でグツグツグツグツするくらい熱々で 食べてる最中でもほとんど冷めずにずーっと熱々です
同じ様に鉄板で出すお店も多々ありますが『おとんさん』さんのあんかけは最初から最後までホント熱々です笑
細めの麺はカリカリに焼かれておりあんかけとの相性は文句なしに美味い
時間経ってあんかけ吸って柔らかくなる麺も美味しい（激熱のまんま）
