岩見沢市にございます焼肉屋さんにお邪魔しました。
農道を走り田園地帯にぽつんとありますから驚きです。
アットホームな雰囲気の焼肉屋さん。
モツ系の種類が多く
モツ好きな私にはとっても嬉しい！
初めていただきましたハツモトですが
こちらは血管なのですとか。
少々見た目にびっくりでありましたが
いただきますと、全くクセなく
コリコリとした食感です。
お肉の処理がとても丁寧で何をいただきましても
美味しい！
途中でお店の方が網を取り替えに来て下さったり
最後まで美味しくいただけました。
こちらのラーメンは昔風で美味しいとの事、
お腹も良い感じでありましたが
いただいてみたく醤油ラーメンお願いしましたが
スープは熱々、あっさりながらコクがあり
美味しいのです！
とても魅力的な焼肉屋さんでした。
