紀土、かえる、お通し、鮭のハラス焼き、鶏のたたき 3100円
岩見沢で居酒屋探し。お腹も膨れたがもうちょい飲みたい！日本酒が飲みたいぞーということで近くで日本酒が飲めそうなこちらへ。階段を登り、ラベルがはりめぐされた良い雰囲気。
日本酒は良かった。紀土が飲みやすくまろやか。帰るはちょっとキツく感じだけど、これもまた好き。
お通しは北海シマエビとスジコ、イワシ？の水煮。どれも美味しいし、酒が進みます！
鮭のハラス焼きは大きなものが1本丸々。脂ものってジューシーだし、ボリュームもあります。安定のうまさ。
鶏のたたきはイマイチ。胸肉はやっぱりあまり好きじゃないかな。野菜を肉で巻いてポン酢で食べると美味しいですが、パサパサ感が気になります。
