珍しく休日の午前中から出掛けてました。
用事を終えると、ちょうど昼時。
目当てのお店は行列だったので、初訪のこちらへ。
MASA蔵さんです。
店内は狭いです。
イケメンマスター1オペですな。
このお店のスープは海老豚骨スープですって。
1番人気をオーダーしました。
味噌ラーメン¥900
です。
10分弱で提供されます。
海老の香りが漂います。
具材達はネギ、メンマ、チャーシュー、海苔と至ってシンプル。
さて、いただきます。
香りの割には海老が余り感じられませんな？
味は悪くないですよ。海老味噌追加すりゃよかったかな？
このシンプルなラーメンでこの価格か…
貧乏性な俺としては物足りないなぁ。
ごちそうさまでした。
食い足りない気がするから、おやつでも買って帰ろうかな。
