昔、岩見沢駅前に小もろという立食いそば屋さんがありました。このお店は、げそ丼が名物で若い頃によく食べてました(…遠い目)
食べログで岩見沢ランチを検索して、げそ丼があるお店を見つけました。
八洲(やしま)さんです。
店内は厨房向き、窓向き、壁向きのカウンター席と20席ほどでしょうか。3オペでした。BGMなどはありません。
メニューも小もろに近い感じです。
早速、オーダーです。
野菜天そば¥420
げそ揚げ丼¥530
5分もしないくらいで2品同時に提供されます。
野菜天そばからいただきます。
野菜天は、ごぼう、人参、玉ねぎのかき揚げです。
作り置きで冷めてますが、ファストフードなので問題なし。玉ねぎの甘さが際立ってます。つゆは、甘いです。そばより天ぷらに合うかな。そばの香りは余りしません。湯で具合は柔らかめかと。
そして、げそ揚げ丼です。
衣少なめのげそ天がきれいに並べられてます。天つゆも少なめ。
小もろのような無骨なげそ丼が好きだった俺としては、上品な感じです。
でも、天ぷらとしては肉厚でコリコリしてて、これもアリです。
ごちそうさまでした！
げそ揚げ丼食べたくなったらまた来ます。
