カウンターで晩御飯。ビール飲み放題がとってもお得。冷奴もボリューム満点。
串アラカルトで十分な晩御飯。
注文も配膳もスピーディー。

キジ串、エゾ鹿串 うまい
炎。このお店に良い過去のイメージは無い。
プライベートでの利用は避けるほど。
今回、来客用としてセッティングされ、訪問した。
まず通されたお座敷は、4テーブルが暖簾で仕切られたお座敷。男6名で座るには狭すぎるテーブル。予約した人の説明不足なのか。
今回良かった点は、
1.呼び出したらすぐに店員が来てくれた。
2.注文した飲み物が10分くらいという短時間で届いた。
3.料理がそれなりのペースで出てきた。
かなり、炎に対するイメージが変わった。普通の居酒屋並みの対応になったじゃないですか。
さらに、岩見沢名物のキジ串、北海道ならではのエゾ鹿串など他店には無い料理が楽しめた。道外のお客様をご案内できるお店が岩見沢にもできた感じがした。
エゾ鹿串は柔らかく、臭みが無い。暗い部屋に黒い鹿肉は見栄えがしないが それ以上に美味かった。
キジ串は価格の割に貧相な肉の量だったが、レア感が増して良かったかも。
つくね盛り合わせを安易に注文してしまったがボリューム満点。マヨネーズ、大根おろしなど独創的。これも美味しかった。
炎に対するイメージが大きく変わった。居酒屋として訪れやすいお店になったと感じた。
配膳時に料理名を伝えてくれると さらに味わうことができると思う。

今日は送別会。最近、炎の利用が続いている。
ここの接客は 良い時と悪い時が極端。
料理、飲み物が出てこない。食べる物も無く、グラスを持ち上げては空であることを確認してただ戻す を繰り返す。
飲み放題なので出す量を制限しているのかと疑いたくなる。
今日は鍋。3種のつくねが食べ放題。うどんもおかわり。とってもおいしい。でも、飲み物の配膳ペースが遅く、料理の旨さが半減。残念。
最後に雑炊。上手にできた。しかし、お腹にスペースは無い。食べきれず。ごめんなさい。
