おつまみないかな〜と。
幾春別からの帰り道に三笠の道の駅に寄ってみた。
ココは何度か利用したけど名前は知らなんだ(笑)
お惣菜のお店ですね。
色々と売ってます。
とりめし、モツ串、豚串、キムチ各種。
そんな中なら今回は「鶏串(塩)(648円)」をチョイス。
お家に帰ってノンアルコールビールで一本食べてみた。
焼き立てではないけどでっかい鶏肉と玉ねぎに塩コショウのシンプルな味付けがグー！
食べごたえがあって、塩っぱ過ぎない良い塩梅。
残りは夜のおつまみに。
本社の「山本靖商店」さんは美唄にあるんですって。
全く知らなかったな。
ということはモツ串、とりめしは本格派なのかしら？
ホームページには「しげこ母さんの作るとりめしや漬物、やっちゃんのジャンボ茶碗蒸しは、メディアにも取り上げられている人気商品」とあるけど、いまでもしげこ母さんの手作りなの？
今度は変わり種キムチでも買ってみよっと。
