私に今出来る事は、十分に注意しながら せめて飲食店に協力する事。
今日は 帰省中なので、たまには親孝行に母親にと以前チェックしてたファームレストランへ初来店(^-^)/
この時期なので、電話で営業確認と予約。
畑の中のレストラン EKARA (エカラ)さんへ✨
場所は 三笠市菅野街外。道央自動車道近く。まさしく畑の中にポツリとあります。
外観は 黒っぽいログ調の三角屋根のオシャレな外観。
店内は ログ調で明るく綺麗で、ピザ窯もあります。カウンター席もあるので1人でも気軽に入れる感じです。
11時30分。
先客なし、後客2組。
ランチメニューは3種類と、お子さまプレート。
【森】 農園プレート、薪で焼いた6種類の野菜とお肉のプレート 2,300円、コーヒー 200円(全て税別)を注文✨
8分ほどで農園プレートから。
鶏胸肉のハム 玉ねぎジュレ、フキのムース、ピクルス、鹿肉とザワークラウト、アスパラ オレンジソース、ヒジキ、リーフレタスと葉ワサビのサラダ ビーツのドレッシング。
メイン肉料理は スペアリブの香草焼き、長芋、じゃがいものグラタン。
食べやすくカットされていて、ピリッとした香草の風味も良く、柔らかいてとても美味しい✨✨ヴァイツェンブロートも噛みごたえあり美味しい⤴️
お聞きしするとパンもお店で焼かれてるとの事(^-^)/
