人気店だが平日の昼しか行けないので、やっと行けました。気温は30度を超えているのに行列でした。ボーダーの服を着た女性3人で切り盛りしており、ラーメンは2オペで、着席して程なく着丼します。声かけも明るく...
さて、『一平』を思い出し、
味噌ラーメンにしました。
味は、ほぼ一緒で懐かしい。
麺も低加水で好みです。
