夕食のため、岩見沢市幌向にある『久慈カリー』さんを初訪問。
店舗は外観も内観もお洒落で、居心地のいい空間です。
私は期間限定の『牡蠣とニラと玉子のカレー 1,400円』を、連れは『チキンベジタブルカレー 1,050円』にトッピングで『3種のきのこ(ひらたけ・しめじ・舞茸) 150円』をオーダー。
どちらのカレーも、ごはんは普通盛り・辛さはおすすめの「10」にしました。
10分ちょっとで配膳。
「牡蠣ニラ玉」は、牡蠣の旨味とスパイスオイルで炒めたニラの香りが特徴的で、豆腐やとき卵の柔らかい甘さやによってとても食べやすく仕上げられています。
あまり食べたことのないカレーですが、めちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。
「チキンベジタブル」は、大きなチキンレッグがほろほろと柔らかく、優しい味わいのスープと野菜やキノコが相まってとても美味しいです。
久し振りにクオリティの高いスープカレーに出会えました。
