今年6月にオープンしたての《しょうが焼きの店 柔》で「知床ポークの肩ロース定食」でランチ
以前は喫茶店だったような…店内はカウンター席とテーブル席あわせて11席くらい
13時前で満席、車内で待つこと15分で店内カウンター席に
メニューから肩ロースのしょうが焼き定食をチョイス
置かれた箸袋に同市、石焼スープカレーのランチで何度か行った《海鮮居酒屋 仙堂》の名入れ…姉妹店かな
定食にはご飯、ポテトサラダとお漬物大きめの皿の中央に玉ねぎと炒められた重量感ある肩ロースが3枚
早速、1枚…柔らかいロース肉！サイコー！
自分的に残念だったのは、シャバシャバなしょうが焼きタレ…千切りキャベツもタレの味になってしまっていたとこかな
飲めるくらい柔らかなお肉に感激しました、美味しかった
