今年6月に岩見沢市大和にオープンした『しょうが焼きの店 柔(やわら)』を初訪問しました。
あまり見かけない「しょうが焼き専門店」なので期待が膨らみます。
昼時で店内はほぼ満席だったので、カウンター席に案内されました。
メニューを見て迷っていると、店員さんが「人気なのは知床ポークのヒレと肩ロースですかね」と教えてくれて、さらに「両方食べられるセットもありますよ」と言われたので、『知床ポーク ヒレ＆肩ロース定食 1,000円』をオーダーしました。
10分ほどで配膳。
肉は柔らかく脂の旨みがあり、味付けも“THE 生姜焼き”って感じでとても美味しかったです。
どちらかというと私は肩ロースの方が好みかな。
次はリーズナブルな三元豚の定食も食べてみたいな。
