実家へ行く前に昼飯っと。
新店で気になっていたお店へ。
生姜焼きの店 柔さんです。
こちら初訪です。
店内に入るとカウンター席へ案内されます。1人なんでね。
メニューを見て1番目立っていたのをオーダーです。
知床ポーク肩ロース定食¥1,000
です。
提供されるまでの間、店内を見渡すと社訓？の会社名や岩見沢の居酒屋兼スープカレーの海堂さんのスープカレーが売られている事から同系列の経営です。
また、後客さんが続々と来られるので、なかなかの人気店であることが窺えます。
5分弱で提供されます。
肩ロースの生姜焼き、ポテサラ、しば漬け、味噌汁、ライスです。
肉は大ぶりですな。生姜焼きにしては厚みもあるかと。
では、いただきます…うん、生姜が効いてるね！
なんか味付けが食べたことのある味だな……これは運河焼肉(冷凍ジンギスカン)だ！まるで生姜が強いジンギスカン食ってるような感覚です。
ま、運河焼肉好きだから構わないけどね。生姜焼きとは、ちと違うような…
他の付け合せは可もなく不可もなしです。
味噌汁の具が椎茸入ってたのは珍しいけど。
ごちそうさまでした！
三元豚の生姜焼きも試してみようかな。
