岩見沢や深川で飲食店経営されている会社が経営されている様です。
コンセプト的に北海道にはありそうでなかった店ですね。
店舗は国道沿いの2階立て1軒屋で、店内はハイカウンターとテーブル席で庶民的な雰囲気。
メニューの基本は、外国産の三元豚と知床ポーク生姜焼きで、部位が数種類(ヒレ、肩ロース、バラ等)。
オーダーは、
◆｢知床ポーク ヒレ＆肩ロース定食(1000円)」
約5分強で来器。
ご飯、味噌汁、小鉢、漬物付。
味付けはりんごと生姜たっぷりでご飯と相性よく美味しい！
ただ、肩ロースの脂身は適度でいい塩梅も、知床ポークの肉質や特別感は伝わらず。これなら普通の三元豚でいいかな、、。
ご飯はデフォルトでも多め。
ただ、キャベツ盛りがやや少なく感じる。もう少し盛り付けの工夫が欲しい。
全体的には、普通に美味しい生姜焼きでボリューム的にもまずまず満足なランチでした。
肉2.5倍でご飯、味噌汁お代わり無料の新メニュー｢男気盛り｣も超ガッツリ系なら魅力的かも。
