ランチのため、岩見沢市南町にある『蕎麦と天ぷら ゆずき』さんを初訪問しました。
こちらのお店は、札幌市などにある「手打ちそば さくら」さんの姉妹店だそうです。
メニューは豊富で、タブレットからオーダーするシステムです。
蕎麦は「田舎そば」「胡麻そば」「細打ちそば」から選べます。
いつも「さくら」さんで食べている『鴨肉せいろそば 1,450円 (田舎そば)』をオーダーしました。
5分ほどで配膳です。
やっぱり私は、乱切りの極太ちぢれ蕎麦が好きなんだなぁ。
冷たい蕎麦を暖かいつゆに付けて食べるのが堪らなく美味しい。
鴨肉は柔らかいし、鴨だしの効いたつゆは少し甘め、蕎麦湯を注いで最後まで楽しみます。
ホント、岩見沢でこの蕎麦が食べられるのは嬉しい限りです。
