またまた、GW企画で妻と一緒に訪問。そばに関しては山形一択と思ってたけど、確かに北海道もそばの好適地でしたよね。大好きな極太田舎そばが岩見沢で食べれるんですが、この姉妹店の姉？の店が札幌にもたくさんあるんですね(笑)。でも、岩見沢産の玉ねぎを１個以上使ったこの玉ねぎ天は圧巻でした。しかも、玉ねぎって果物みたいに糖度が高いんですね。むっちゃ甘くて衣もサクサクで、塩でいただくのがおすすめかもです。もちろん天つゆもついてきます。ちなみにそばつゆも鰹だしが香るおいしいつゆでした。
