苫小牧市内の中心部、「錦町のアーケード通り」と「新川通り」との交差点、
王子製紙苫小牧工場と国道３６号線との間にあります。
駐車場は、お店の横に２～３台分ありますが
交差点の角なので、ちょっと停めづらいです。
店内は、カウンター席６席と、小上がり席が２席。
外装とは違って（失礼ｗ）、明るく綺麗な内装ですので、
女性でも気軽に入れるでしょう＾＾ｂ
そばの麺は、やや細めの田舎そば。お店の横の作業スペース内にある石臼で
自らがひいた、深川産そば粉１００％の自家製麺です。
温・冷どちらも美味しいのですが、冷たいそばの方が
特に香りを楽しめるでしょう。
もうひとつ、このお店の特筆すべき点は、「そば湯」です。
石臼でそばを引いている課程で出た「三番粉」を使用しているそうで
とにかく濃厚です。
「そばがき」を、お湯で溶かして飲んでいるんじゃないかと錯覚するぐらいの濃厚さ・・・
今風（２０１２年時点）に言えば、「このそば湯、ワイルドだぜぇ～♪」ってトコでしょうかｗ
その濃厚な「そば湯」ですが、温かいそばを注文しても飲ませてくれます。
なかなか他のお店では出会えない「そば湯」、そばの栄養をまるごと頂けますよ。
