用足しにウトナイの道の駅に入る。
歩いて、向かいにある『福住ウトナイ店』へお邪魔してみた。
『天ぷらそば』を注文。
豪勢なルックスだが、海老は細くて小さい。
殆どは衣である。
ただ、海老はプリプリして鮮度があるという点では評価できる。
そばの方は茹で加減が秀逸であった。
適度なコシがあり、ツルツルして非常に美味しかった。
また、汁の加減も塩梅が良かった。
店の環境からして、家族連れにオススメしたいお店だ。
メニューも豊富で、特に年配者を含む集団なら、より満足感は増すだろう。
