ウトナイ湖へ観光(ドライブ)に行った帰りに寄りました。
満席でしたが、ちょうど1席空いて直ぐに座ることができました。
言わずと知れた店ですから、何を頼もうかと悩んでいたら、大好きなメニューが！
・鶏ごぼうそば 850円
ごぼうの蕎麦、好きなんです！
さすがに混んでいるだけあり、少々時間がかかりましたが、出来上がった蕎麦を見てびっくり！！
自分のイメージしていたものと全く違う！
ごぼうが細切りになって山盛りに乗っています(詳しくは写真ご覧下さい)。
この様なビジュアルのごぼう蕎麦は初めてです。
山盛りのごぼうの下には、しっかりと多めの鶏肉も入っていました。
つゆにはごぼうや鶏の出汁も感じられ、美味しくいただきお腹いっぱいになりました。
さすが福住さん。
ごちそうさまでした(^o^)
