白老牛のステーキを食べに伺いました。
折角ならということで一番お高い「極上サーロイン」(200g)を注文しました。
自分でお肉を焼くスタイルで各テーブルに炭が置かれます。
焼肉屋さんをイメージして貰えればいいかと思います。
普段はこんなにお高級なお肉を食べないので、脂身が多くくどかったです笑
一緒に行った人に「特上サーロイン」を貰って食べたのですが、まだ脂身が多く感じたので、私は赤身やフィレの方があっているかもしれません笑
