ウポポイに行く前に昼食です。白老駅から歩いて30分くらいでした。
左側がお肉屋さんになっていて、右側がお店です。開店の11時に行ったのでゆっくりできました。
頂いたのは４種盛りの焼肉。肉の量は 160gです。お店の方のアドバイスに従って脂の少ない方から順に食べました。モモ、ブリスケット、リブカブリ、ロース。
炭の火加減がちょうど良くて、素人でも上手く焼き上がります。当然どれも美味しい。
肉の下には野菜が隠れてます。シシトウ、ピーマン、シイタケ、エリンギ。
ソースはポン酢おろしと特製ソース。この特製ソースは美味いです。いろいろ試しましたが肉は特製ソース、野菜はポン酢おろしが好みでした。
ご飯は硬めで美味しいです。味噌汁と漬物もしっかりした内容でした。
ビールも一杯飲んでいい気分。お勘定は 3,850円。とても満足なランチでした。
