苫小牧は未開の地。
たまたま泊まりで行く事があり、ホテルの近くにあるこのお店にしました。
入店してすぐ「あぁ、きっといいお店だな」とわかりました。
とにかく女性の方々の接客がとても素敵。
プラスαの言葉というか、何か聞いた時「はい」「いいえ」だけではなく「〇〇なので〇〇ですよ」など温かい言葉で返してくれる接客にほっこりしました。
いい意味で小さな街の地元密着のお店という感じ。
メニューは豊富で何を食べるか迷いました。
事前に予約していたのでコースを選べばよかったと後悔。
当日にはできないようでした。
お寿司は一番いいお値段のものを。
シャリもネタも若干小さめかな。
でも色々食べたいのでちょうどよかったです。
他には天ぷら、牡蠣など。
天ぷらは色々な種類があり１つから選べるのが嬉しかったです。
納豆の天ぷらは斬新！美味しかった！
大葉のアクセント最高です。
牡蠣も半生は苦手なのですが、ちょうどいい絶妙な火の入り具合。
しばらく食べて喋って、気が付いたら店内はほぼ満席。
地元の方たちで溢れかえっている感じでした。
（満席だったので予約していない方はお断りされていました）
活気があり温かくとてもいいお店でした。
また行きます。
