・山形県産短角牛ソーセージと梶原農場産アスパラの塩パスタ １，５００円（税込）
ゴールデンウィーク期間限定おすすめメニューより。
パスタは穏やかな塩味を感じつつも、ソーセージ、アスパラ、ほうれん草といった具材の良さも生かされていました。
そして、麺は楕円形のリングイネかと思われ、モチモチとして独特の存在感もありました。
