小腹が空いたので、お土産のお寿司を
もとめに栄寿司さんへ来ました
握りと鉄火巻きを注文
直ぐに対応してくれましたねぇ〜
栄寿司さんは、赤酢を使った
正真正銘の江戸前寿司で
甘味もおさえてあるとの事
ホテルに帰り開けてみると
赤身マグロ、中トロ、ホタテ、アジ、イカ、サーモン
甘海老の軍艦などと色とりどり^_^
赤酢のシャリは甘みが抑えられているので
ネタの味がしっかりわかる感じて
美味しかったですね
次回は、カウンターで頂きたいです
