久恵比寿さんのお偉いさんとセミナーでご一緒させて頂いて以来、お邪魔させてもらっています。
お安くて新鮮なネタを丁寧に握ってくださるのでファンなのですが、やはりお昼に2000円くらい…と言うのは私にとっては贅沢なのでほぼ月イチペースくらいでしょうか？
今日は活ホッキがあったので「ラッキー」と思い、先ずそれをオーダー。このお値段で全く臭みのない活ホッキを出すお店はないと思います。今日も甘くて美味しかったです。
あと私のおすすめは「匠の〆サバ」…お土産品もあるくらい力を入れられてる逸品なのですが、その「トロサバ」が更に絶品。そして大衆寿司店の中でナンバーワンだな、と思うのはサーモンですね。妙に脂っこいなんてことはない、こちらも逸品です。
北海道の大衆寿司店はレベルが高いですが、贔屓目なしで私はクリッパーが№1だと思っています。
