2021/10 初訪
苫小牧までに行って、何故に「伊予製麺」なのか。
私は「丸亀製麺」で気軽に食べられる「讃岐風」の「うどん」が大好き。
「はなまる」さんが最初に札幌に上陸した後、急激に撤退。
そして「北海道」に「うどん文化」を改めて広めたのが「丸亀製麺」さん。
そして、わが東区にも対立軸の「伊予製麺」さんがあったので
そのうち行こうと思っているうちに撤退。
札幌は石山通にある一店舗だけになってしまいました。
北海道でも6店舗。札幌・釧路・苫小牧・北見と帯広に2店舗。
「丸亀」さんには店舗数敵いませんね。
なので、「苫小牧」に来たので「初・伊予製麺」することに。
「かけ」 300円
「丸亀製麺」さんでは、たまに「ご飯」を頼み「揚げ玉・ねぎ・生姜」
利用の「貧乏天丼」を自作しますが、本日は純粋に「かけ」比較。
「丸亀」さんは320円だけど、「伊予」さんは20円安いですね。
この日の利用時間が一時を過ぎていた事もあり、お客もほとんど無く
「うどん」のコンディションも今一。正直「コシ」がありませんでした。
「出汁」も「丸亀」さんより甘目で、シャープさに欠ける。
また、セルフの揚げ玉はあるも、「ねぎ」が全然無くて補充して貰いました。
(11月より「ねぎ」のセルフは中止したとの事)
食べ慣れた事もあるけど、やはり「丸亀」さんのような「活気」と「旨さ」は今一。
札幌は「丸亀」王国なので、無理せず、他都市での展開としたのかな。
「丸亀製麺」さんの対立軸としては厳しいかも知れませんね。
