苫小牧市にちょいとした用事があり、昼食は
双葉町エリアに出没です。喜楽さんへgo！
純すみ系のお店とお伺いしてます。日曜日の
１１：４５頃に到着。初めてお邪魔しました。
ラッキーです。お店前の駐車場が空いてまし
た。入店すると・・・、満席状態で、待ち客
５名！
メニュー表を見ると、トッピングがかなり充
実していますね。他のお客さんはトッピング
も注文して自分のお好みのラーメン仕様にし
てますね。
自分はまず・・・、今日食べたい気分の
■辛味噌らーめん
をオーダー！
ご対面です。
マイウーそうなビジュアルです。食欲そそる
レディッシュブラウン色のスープ！バラ肉チ
ャーシューに生姜がON！そしてメンマ、ネ
ギ、モヤシ、ひき肉！
スープ！マイウーです！程よい辛さに味噌と
生姜の味が楽しめます。麺もプリしこでgoo
dですね。ズルズルズル！
純すみ系のラーメン屋さんはそれぞれのお店
が独自に変化していますね。北斗の拳で例え
るなら南斗聖拳１０８派といったところでし
ょうか（笑）北海道民としては幸せです。
次回お邪魔するときはトッピングもお願いし
たいと思いました。
旨辛ホルモンと肉ワンタンにロックオンです。
