ミッション遂行を終え札幌へ帰る道すがら
以前から気になっていたお店へGO！
調べによると2017年創業って事は
オープンからまだ7年ほどしか経っていない
比較的新しいお店だったんですね
店名を見て老舗的なお店だと
勝手に思い込んでいたオイラ(￣▽￣;)
訪問時間は14:00で
ランチタイムをとうに過ぎた頃なのに
先客後客絶え間なく人気の沙汰が伺える店内
スタッフさん達もテキパキと動き
実に心地よい空間でした(*^^*)
「味噌」
バッス〜〜〜ンჱ̒ ｰ̀֊ｰ́ )
芳ばしい香りを立ち上げながら
オーダーした味噌ラーメンがサーブ♡
旨味たっぷりな味噌ベースのスープは
炒めた野菜の甘味に加え
ニンニクやおろし生姜の風味も良く
最後まで熱々なところも良い感じ(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
森住製麺のThe札幌スタイルの麺は
プリップリで噛めばモチモチしてて
この手のスープに合わない訳が無いわな！
フワっと柔らかな食感で味入れのいい叉焼に
シャッキリもやしと玉ねぎ
クキコキした歯触りのメンマや青ねぎ
どれをとっても抜かりのない美味しさ(✽︎´ཫ`✽︎)
後になって分かった事なのですが
何やら聞くところによると
白老にあるさくら屋さんと
姉妹店らしいっちゅう話しで
なるほどガッテン！と納得しちゃいましたよ♡
大満足です
