中華コース 頂くなら 「HIROAKI」さん お勧めです
今回の苫小牧の旅で目的の一つが
「創作四川料理 廣明」さんの
お料理を頂く事でした
知人から苫小牧グルメツアー
のお誘いを頂き
食べログを拝見して
もの凄く楽しみにしていました
感想は
「思った以上の感動」を頂きましたよ
まずはマスターが時間をかけて作った
鳳凰併盤(ほうおうぴんぱん)は凄すぎ
（名前はあとから調べました）
立体的な盛り付けで
相当な手間がかけられていますね
コース料理がメインのお店らしく
このメニューも
一つ一つ美味しく頂きました
会合もかねての訪問でしたので
自分一人で頂いたのですが
次回はチエさんとふたりで
ゆっくりと頂きたいなと思いました
ご馳走様でした

を頂き大変感激したのですが
今回はランチタイムなので
さすがにそこまでは．．．．．
サラダ ～ 〆のデザートまで
堪能させていただきました
