北海道食べログ１日目スタートです( *´艸)ﾔｯﾎｰｲ
今回は、北海道の苫小牧市にある食べログ百名店に選ばれる中華のお店へ、ランチに行ってきました
こちらは完全予約制なので、事前に予約をして、一番お得な4000円代のランチコースをお願いしました
物腰の低い、優しいシェフが一人でやられているようで、ほっこりした店内は、シェフの人柄がよくでていました
素敵な絵画も飾ってあり、中華らしさもありつつ、洋風なところもある内装で、とても居心地が良かったです
予約席にも素敵なサプライズ♪
一人一人の席に名前とありがとうが書かれていて、とても嬉しかったです
最後のお見送りの時も手書きのお礼の手紙までくださって、とても感激しました
息子にも大変よくしてくださって、好きなものをいろいろ作ってくださり、感謝しかありません
今回は、胃が疲れないような内容にしましたが、次回は6000円程の白老牛コースや豪華な内容のコースを楽しみたいです

鮮度はもちろん、見た目も鮮やかに彩られたサラダで、食べるのがワクワクしました
気仙沼フカヒレ
こちらは、お店をお友達登録すると、ウニかいくらか蟹を無料トッピングしてくれます
私はいくら、主人はウニをチョイスしたら、両方をトッピングしてくれました
このフカヒレと餡がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、ウニとイクラと両方で食べると最高に贅沢なマリアージュで、ついついニヤニヤしてしまいました
海老チリ
海老チリの中に、チーズがとろけて入っていて、中華の中にイタリアンも感じたりと、とても斬新でした
大海老もぷりしっとりで、おかわりしたかったです(笑)
牛肉ヒレ粗びき麻婆豆腐
牛肉の旨味が贅沢に味わえる麻婆豆腐
口のなかにヒレ肉の旨汁がじゅわっと広がりますが、山椒でまた引き締めてくれていて、とても美味しかったです
ゆめぴりかのご飯と一緒に、美味しく頂きました
汁なし担々麺
金ごまって凄くごまのかおりが豊かで、金ごまのかおりとシンプルな麺でさっぱりと頂く汁なし担々麺
干しエビのアクセントがまた深みも増してくれています
夕張メロン杏仁豆腐
甘さ控えめでさっぱりとした、とろける杏仁豆腐
夕張メロンの甘味がほのかにかおり、とても美味しかったです
バジルハーブティー
バジルが口一杯に広がる爽やかでほっこりするハーブティー
