イオンの周りであれこれ用事を済ませて、ランチはずっと気になってた苫小牧で唯一無化調ラーメンが食べられるというRAMEN LAB REN 煉さんへ=͟͟͞͞( ᐕ)੭
お店に入ってびっくり。店員さんが皆さん女性です( Ꙭ)
ラーメン歴2年位の私なのですが(それまでほぼラーメンを食べない人生でよく珍しがられます笑)、ラーメン屋さんって男性店員さんのイメージ。
笑顔が素敵な温かい接客が和みます♩

とろり半熟卵トッピング +150円
4分位でラーメンがきました。
見た目がとても美しいですね(*ˊᵕˋ*)
スープも澄んでいてキラキラ。
無化調ラーメンは初めて食べたのですが、なるほど体に良さそうな味で、物足りない訳ではないけれど、でも普通のラーメンとは全然違うんですね。
お出汁の旨味と少なめな脂のスープなのでいい意味で重くない♩
麺は固めで茹でてあると書いてあり、柔らかくもできるようですが、私はこのままでとても美味しく頂けました。
ラーメンを食べる時いつもメンマの独特な香りが苦手なのですが、こちらの穂先メンマはとっても美味しい∑(*'-'ﾉ)ﾉ
煉さんのラーメンの具材は、どれも丁寧に調理されていますね。
鶏チャーシューも豚ももチャーシューも柔らかくしっとり優しいお味、ワンタンもとっても美味しくて、次回はどれか増し増し追加トッピングしたいな(*´艸`)♡
とろり半熟卵もとろーーーり♩
卓上には「フライドガーリック」「コチジャン？(なんか辛い赤いの笑)」「お塩」「白胡椒」があり、味変でフライドガーリックをガッツリ入れてもまた美味しいし、辛くしても笑
なぜか器の一番下に大根が入ってるのですが、優しい煮物みたいなお味でほっこり( ˊᵕˋ )
小上がり、子供椅子、絵本まであります。
体に優しいラーメン、沢山の子供達に食べてもらえるといいな(ฅฅ*)
