...out soba. With this concept in mind, we aim to be a restaurant unlike any other in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido. We have a selection of dishes that can be enjoyed by anyone, from individuals to large groups, including Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) made with seasonal ingredients, seasonal limited menus, and sweets made with Noboribetsu Rakunoukan's soft serve Soft serve ice cream.
