所用で室蘭へ。
ホテルから一番近い、呆屋さんで室蘭焼き鳥。
店内は番屋風、焼き台の前のカウンターに案内されました。
カウンターの他に、テーブル席と奥には座敷席。
カウンターの奥には古いレジスターや電話などが置かれ
雰囲気あります。
キンキンに冷えた(半分凍ってる）ジョッキのビールは
うましっ。
定番の焼き鳥の他、牛タン、イカ納豆、揚げ焼などを注文
冬でも半袖シャツ(炭火で暑いのだそう）の焼き台の前の大将が、
つぎからつぎへと焼き物を焼いていきます。
無駄のない動きで、お見事。
焼きたての室蘭焼き鳥が供されます。
こちらのタレは、室蘭市内の有名店の物より、味があっさり。
若いときは濃いタレでも平気でしたが、最近はもたれる(笑)
甘さ控えめのサッパリ目のタレは、私には丁度よいのです。
お肉もふっくらしていて美味しいです。
牛タンも火を通しすぎない絶妙な焼き加減
塩梅も丁度よく、柔らかくて美味しかったです。
焼きおにぎりが気になって
チーズとバターどちらがお勧め？と訊いたら
「断然バターだね」と大将が仰いますので
注文。こんがり焼かれた醤油味にバターが染みて
香ばしくて美味しい～。
スタッフさんの感じも良く
大将も見た目ちょっと怖い感じですが
話してみると意外とそうでもなく、
楽しくお酒を飲むことが出来ました。
満足です。ご馳走様でした。
