食べログを始める前に一度うかがってますが、久々の訪店
実は2024年1月4日、室蘭へ来て蕎麦が食べたくて寄ってみましたが休みです
蕎麦欲は治らず別の店へも行ってみますがそちらも休業・・・仕方なくカフェ飯しました
１月９日に再度室蘭へ・・・半ば意地で訪問すると営業してました
入口の扉を開け店内へ
壁向きカウンター4席、 真ん中に仕切りのある大きめの4人掛けテーブル、4人掛けテーブル2卓
「お一人ですか？ カウンターへどうぞと」促され強制的にカウンターへ
時間も無く、お冷やが運ばれるのと同時に「もり@750」をオーダー
店の奥には一台で畳1枚ほど有りそうなサイズのJBL製スピーカー
反対側の壁にはマッキントッシュ？ のアンプなどが並びJAZZが鳴ります
かなり高級なシステムのようで音質もかなり上質、じっくり大きめの音で聴いてみたい気がします
割と早めで6分後の提供
程なくして蕎麦湯も運んで貰えました

中太ラーメンと同等の蕎麦・・・以前はこんなに太くなかったような気がする
つるんと艶やかな喉越し、割としっかりな噛み応えで蕎麦の香りが感じられます
ツユは芳醇な出汁感ですが塩味はかなり抑え薄味
人によっては太めの蕎麦に対してツユが弱いと言われるかも知れませんが、こうすることによって蕎麦の風味が際立っているようにも思えます
蕎麦湯はサラッと釜湯で、営業開始から時間が経つに従ってトロっと風味に変わって行くのでしょうか
賛否両論あるとは思いますが、よく計算された蕎麦のように感じました
