28.9.12 苫前町出張の昼飯として「もりそば大盛550+150円」を実食。
こちらの店主、昭和40年代生まれの男子なら一度は読んだ、釣り漫画の傑作「釣りキチ三平」の作者とかなり深いご縁があるようだ。
店内の原画などを見て、この漫画にズッポリはまっていたおいらのハートはキュンキュンだ！
さて肝心の蕎麦だが、適度な弾力の二八そば(幌加内産)で、上品な切り揃えに仕事の丁寧さを感じた。
ちょっと濃口のつゆに、またこの蕎麦が合う‼
蕎麦湯もとろみが少なめで、そのままで十分旨い(涙)。
ああ、久々に出張で旨い蕎麦屋に出会えた。
夜の居酒屋メニューも気になるナリ…。
28.9.14 2食目のチャンス到来！
前回気になっていた「冷やしたぬきそば大盛 750+150円」を実食。
程よく揚がったあげ玉+丁寧な仕事の蕎麦+出汁の効いた濃口のつゆ＝人生最良の幸せナリ(涙)。
今度はいつ来れるのだろうか…。
