留萌には新しい風が吹いている

留萌と言えば将軍か蛇の目に行って光風館石亭にお泊りするコースが常でしたが、こちらのちょびすけさん、中々凄い内容で正直驚きました。

１．席
　伺った当日は個室でした。結構オオバコですが、外観からオシャレですし内装もキレイ。これが普通の居酒屋だとすると贅沢な空間です。

２．雰囲気・接客
　店内キレイなので雰囲気も良好。接客も丁寧でした。凄いなあ、、

３．味
　全て旨い。やはり漁港も近く北海道の海の幸、刺身が旨い！その他料理も撮り損ねましたが高レベでした。

４．感想
　このレベルのお店、東京にもそうないですよ。なのに食べログ評価は控えめですよね。でもお店の方は気にすることないですよ、全然美味しいから。
　留萌はこのところ人口減少、鉄道廃止、光風館も閉鎖と寂しい話題が多いのですが、こちらのちょびすけさんのように確実に新しい風も吹いている。また伺えたらと思います。ご馳走様でした。
