いやはや、美味しいお寿司に美味い酒、そして人のいい大将。
食、酒、人の三拍子そろったいいお店でした。
地元の食材のオンパレード。
こういうの嬉しいんです。
せっかく網走、北海道に来たのに...
別の地域でも食べられる食材が出されてもあまりうれしくないじゃないですか。
そんなわがままな欲求を全て満たしてくれるお店でした。
過剰な味付けがなされていない点も素晴らしいですね。
素材のもつ旨味をフルに感じさせてくれます。
そして日本酒がぴったりなんだなあ...
美味い美味いの感動が続きます。
旬に応じた魚介を出してくれますので、また違った季節にお邪魔してみたいものです。
