夏休みの道東の旅行中、海鮮ものに飽きて、普通の居酒屋に行こうと、７月最終週の水曜日に行きました。
ところが、普通の居酒屋に思ってたのが、予想外に、なにを食べても美味しい！
ご夫婦２人でやってらっしゃるようですが、カウンターもテーブルもお客さんでいっぱい。
テーブルもカウンターも空いたらすぐ次のお客さんが来て埋まる、という感じ。
白レバーのパテはレバーのまったり感と塩胡椒の加減が最高、付いてるバゲットもこれまた美味しく、パテとの分量もぴったり。
同じメニューを前週に東京の人気イタリアンで食べましたが、明らかにこちらの完勝。
長芋の梅しそ和え、とか、たまねぎスライス、とか、チヂミ、とか、普通の気取らない居酒屋メニューですが、どれもこれも手抜きのない味付けで、本当に美味しい。
たまねぎはドレッシングのかかっていないところもしっかり塩もみされた味がついているし、これは人気がある筈だと納得。
