北見って焼肉の街なんだそうですね。そう言えばあちらこちらに店舗があります。夕方4時過ぎに北見を通るのて開店時間が早いお店から選んでみした。皆さんの口コミを見ると「愛に溢れたコメント」が多いお店なのでこちらに決定。事前に開店時間の5時に予約を入れておきます。ビルの2階のお店です、駐車場は近くに入れて現金等で補助してもらえます。
テーブルに座るとすぐに炭火が運ばれます。タッチパネルでオーダーしますが、まずは皆さんが必須と言われる牛ハラミと豚ホルモンを注文。北見の焼肉はタレに浸けて無いとのこと。ハラミは適度な厚みもありホルモンもまず鮮度が良さそうな色をしています。火力が強いので肉はすぐに焼ける。ん～ん、ハラミ美味し！しばらくするとホルモンも追っかけ焼き上がる、ん～ん、これも又美味し！味比べでカルビもオーダーしたけど私的にはハラミの勝ち。豚の大動脈の確か「たけのこ」とか言った部位もめちゃ美味でした。若い男性の店員さんが多いけれど皆さんとても感じが良くテキパキして気持ちいいですね。こちらのお店は歴史もあって以前の場所から移転されたそうです。6時頃になるともう7割程度の混み具合になっていました。
流石この競争の厳しい北見で繁盛されるだけあるなと感心しました。
