湧別です。
この時期の湧別なら、ヤッパリ牡蠣でしょ～ッ。
サロマ湖産と言っても「常呂」や「浜佐呂間」等と
産地は幾つか有るんです。
その中でも「湧別」は2016年オイスターグランプリで優勝した地域。
サロマ湖産を一括りには出来ないんです。
で、牡蠣のシーズンも終盤ッス。
湧別の販売所に駆け込みます。
マジでにウマい時期は過ぎたんだろうけどね。
『 オホーツク湧鮮館 』
久しぶりですな～～。
さてさて牡蠣ね。
奥の水槽に２年物湧別産「龍宮かき」１㌔648円。
それを2キロ購入して来ました。
もう１つ「地元漁師が恋した」という
１年牡蠣「COYSTER」も買いたかったんだけど
それは残念ながら品切れでした。
（代わりに特大タコあし１本を格安で購入～笑)
早速、家に帰りガス台で「酒蒸し」にします。
半分は館内に書いてたレシピ通り「蒸しかき」に
チ～ンしてみました。
コリャたまらん。超～～ウマ～い♪
プリプリで濃い旨みがギュッと。(゜∇^d)!!
礒臭さも少ない感じがします。
なんとかシーズン終了前ギリで「湧別」の牡蠣をいただけました。また、来シーズンですね。( ´∀`)/
